Its called lazada.ph, I don't know if this site is truly legit but I searched the web and found out that there is one complain but it isn't a major complain either. He also reviewed the site are legitimate. Dota 2 Tips for Beginners Vol.1

Since this blog is all about technicalities about gaming, I would like to share a simple and easy way when starting to play dota 2. I've played the game recently and managed to be able to compete with other players that are already been playing this game a very long time. Since Dota 2 is like Warcraft Mod: Dota, it is easier if you already knew how to play warcraft mod which is dota.

First thing you need to do is to look for a hero that suites your skills. If you are great on supporting heroes, you should be able to assist your team mates by choosing intelligence heroes that offers support skills like enhancement or stunning abilities. You need to keep in mind that Dota is a strategy game, you need to calculate time, and also damage numbers which is very helpful when ganking enemy heroes successfully.
